"I think running a business speeds up the number and variety of mistakes you make and lessons you learn"

Absolutely!

Two things to hang on to:
- Experience is acquired by everyone at the same time - JUST AFTER THEY NEEDED IT,
and
- You are not an expert until you've made every mistake possible in your area of expertise and KNOW there's another on out there waiting to catch you!

Growing is knowing, and knowing can be really hard - but I somehow think you have the intestinal fortitude to deal with it.
In fact, you rock gurl!
