You may have noticed the tendency towards pink, you may have seen our increased organisation and now I can officially tell you, we’re 100% female.

Luckily we also have Hayden Smith (who used to work at Silverstripe but is now out and about doing his own thing) and Ben Nolan (who is internet famous for his super Ajax and Ruby on Rails skills) here holding up the masculine side at the office (and carrying new mac’s from one end of town to the other while I ‘project manage’).

Anyway, welcome Emma! We’re very excited about having you here and can’t wait to see what designs you’ve got up your sleeve :)
