A lot of jobs can be done by yourself, agreed, however it is a good idea to remember that these skills are now regulated by professional bodies and require certain qualifications. I think signing up to a few of these online access points saves you time and money. i think you still need the relationship though for advice and cross check you aren't missing anything. All those years at varsity do add up to make them VERY good at what they do.
