Ebay refused to do anything because its priority was to ‘protect the seller’. The legit owner even offered to send them a picture of the car with that day’s newspaper on it—Ebay could pick which paper—but the company still refused to take the car listing off. Seriously though, habitually taking money out sets the tone with paypal, then its pretty easy. I guess like credit card companies they have AI programs watching us... Google checkout seems to be better but it depends until G checkout really gets in full swing over this year.
