We are big users of skype. The biggest current benefits are our much less scary phone bills and the ability for customers to call us any time on Skype for free, and be forwarded to our mobiles or landline when we’re on the move. This really helps when you are based far away from your customers and are competing with companies in their local areas.

It looks like Skype is also paying attention to it’s competition and is looking to expand it’s market… into small business services.
