Well done you!
Often in a small business, putting a couple of hours one side to look at who you (the business) are, where you are going and how you plan on getting there is on the top of the list and bottom of the priorities. Clearly you've taken the big step up on that challenge.

One of the next cusp points will be when you have to chose between running the business and doing it. Often entrepreneurs start a business because it gives them the freedom to do what they love the way it should be done. As the business grows, they face the challenge of bankers, lawyers, accountants and sales taking away from their time doing what they love. IN a few cases, the entrepreneur is able to become the manager as well as the artist; but in most the company's potential shrinks to the size the entrepreneur is able to live with without becoming a 'suit'. Really clever entrepreneurs recognise this in time to hire a 'manager' to do the managing and appoint themselves COO, or CPO or something equally important sounding (as well as chairman/woman reflecting their investment) that enables them to carry on doing the stuff they really love.

Continue to go well. Never believe you can't. Wake up every day looking for a difficult challenge. AND. Take lots of holidays to refresh the spirit of your adventurism.
