The Gym. Month Two.
So, aside from continuously growing, I feel like the gym is going well.
Amy has just joined and we are now doing combined sessions. So far this has meant her arriving to pick me up off the floor of the office and force me to run on treadmills, cycle machines and cross trainers for an hour… But tomorrow we will meet Zach our PT as a group and he will whip both of us into shape (or at least try to).
On Saturday, I know about 5 people running the half marathon, which is very inspirational, so I will quit complaining about the treadmill and aim to one day be one of those people who wakes up at 8am on a Saturday to run 22kms. It’s not looking like an achievable goal at this stage.
UPDATE: just came back from pump class. I LOST A KILO (Finally) or even 2 if you count what I put on since I joined :)
