Hey Nat - starting to warm up a bit now that summer is on the way. Problem is that I used to get so fired up at home when daylight savings came around as it indicated summer was on the way - now I have a slight foreboding with summer on the way. I really feel for the kids at school with little or no airconditioning. Imagine 30 kids in a classroom, all with stinky feet and cheese & onion sandwiches and it is 400 degree's outside. Good be worse though - Helen could decide to move here...

Hey Colin,

I'm terribly jealous - I LOVE the Gold Coast!!!!!!! Yeah I think there is a compromise - I thought I was done with the home office thing after being full time at home for over a year, but after another year or so back in the office, I realise there is some kind of balance ...

Enjoy the heat in your area, and send some our way if you have too much ;)

Its really interesting to try and weight the pro's & cons of working from home - I work from home permantly. It is nice to work in shorts and jandels etc (Gold Coast) but I have also found that you cannot fully appreciate the value of interaction with team mates at work until you don't have it. Note however, despite this, I am in now hurry to race back to working in the office all the time either...
